Estimates, scope, and pricing
Any figure discussed by phone or shown on this site is an illustration, not a quote. Pricing is established after an on-site assessment and is documented in a written estimate. Hidden conditions discovered during demolition or drying may change the scope, and any change is documented and approved before the additional work is performed.
Emergency response
We respond 24 hours a day and target rapid arrival across our Tampa Bay service area. Response times are targets, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather events, road conditions, utility shutoffs, and simultaneous large-loss activity. If life safety or active flooding is involved, contact emergency services and your utility provider first.
Insurance claims
We can document conditions and communicate with your insurance carrier at your direction. We are not your insurer and do not decide coverage. Coverage determinations, deductibles, and payment obligations are between you and your carrier. You remain responsible for amounts your policy does not cover.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, this website is provided as is without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
